This is a long spout drivers  Miner's Oil Wick Cap Lamp marked Dunlap Pittsburg. Also called a "Sunshine Lamp" or "Miner's Tea Pot" lamp.  It is 3.25" tall with a 4.5" spout.

This style of lamp clipped onto the front a special cap or a helmet came into use around the 1860's with many still produced until the late 1910's. They used oil or Sunshine Wax, a Standard Oil product similar to parafin.
